David Ezrilov practices corporate law, representing both privately and publicly held companies. David has had extensive experience with mergers, acquisitions and other transactional work, and also spends a significant portion of time providing general counsel services to family and privately held businesses.

David’s representative transactions include acquisitions in the industries of gas and energy, sports and entertainment, solid waste, construction equipment and scrap metal recycling. He also regularly represents investors, entrepreneurs and emerging businesses in connection with financing, organizational documents, shareholder agreements, intellectual property issues, franchising and manufacturing/distribution arrangements.
