David Axtell practices in the areas of intellectual property and information technology counseling and litigation. His litigation experience focuses on patent disputes with additional experience in the areas of trademark, copyright and trade secret cases. His patent litigation experience ranges from computer- and software-related disputes to biomedical device and biology-related infringement actions.

David regularly advises both small and Fortune 100 clients on matters related to intellectual property and information technology including counseling high-technology clients on various matters pertaining to technology-based transactions. David is also a U.S. Patent and Trademark Office registered patent attorney.
