Dan McInerney is a member and the founder of Leonard, Street and Deinard’s Health Law practice group. His areas of concentration are provider and health plan/insurer transactional and business consultation. He has broad complex transactional and business counseling experience representing provider-owned organizations, health plans/insurers and life insurance companies.

Prior to joining the firm, Dan served as deputy commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Health. He is named among The Best Lawyers in America and has been consistently selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers®.
