Bryant Tchida is a business litigator. Bryant has extensive experience in the areas of complex business and class action litigation. He has represented major financial institutions in dozens of litigated matters throughout the country, including class actions. He also represents companies and individuals in shareholder litigation, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) investigations and litigation, and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) proceedings. Bryant has also handled complex bankruptcy litigation in multiple jurisdictions.

Bryant has considerable experience representing clients who receive federal funds. He has represented clients in disputes under the Contract Disputes Act and successfully guided clients through matters involving alleged waste, fraud and abuse. He has also represented individuals and companies as plaintiffs in a number of contract and other litigated business disputes.

Bryant is actively involved with the Minnesota State Bar Association. He is the Treasurer and a Council Member of the MSBA’s Consumer Litigation Section. Bryant has also taught continuing legal education courses including “Preparing to Defend a Deposition” and “Predatory Lending Claims and Bankruptcy.”
