Brad Gillan practices primarily in the areas of mergers and acquisitions (both taxable and tax advantaged), corporate and commercial finance, and general corporate representation. His recent transactions include acquisitions, dispositions or reorganizations of and corporate and commercial financing for industries involved in professional sports teams, metal fabrication, convenience retail, seasonal gift importation and distribution, outdoor advertising, metal recycling, truck components, student loan guaranty, health and dental care finance, in-line skating, wholesale plumbing, and heating and air conditioning supply. He also represents clients in financing their product importation and distribution businesses. Brad’s general corporate clients include those listed above as well as those in the restaurant, interior landscape, automobile dealership and recreational product businesses.
