Ben Freedland is an associate in Leonard, Street and Deinard’s Intellectual Property and Information Technology practice groups, where he focuses on business and commercial litigation for technology-based clients.
At the University of Texas School of Law, Ben was part of a team that represented a Guantánamo Bay detainee in a habeas corpus action in front of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Also during law school, Ben studied comparative intellectual property law and international commercial litigation at the Centre for Commercial Law Studies at Queen Mary University in London, England.
Ben graduated with honors from Duke University, majoring in public policy. He is originally from La Crosse, Wisconsin.
