Anh Le Kremer is a federal court litigator in our Business and Commercial practice. Anh has experience litigating complex business disputes, ranging from breach of contract claims to non-compete matters.
A global citizen with an interest in world cultures and international business, Anh has represented Minnesota businesses embroiled in litigation and arbitration in foreign markets and currently assists companies who do business in the People’s Republic of China, Hong Kong and Vietnam. Anh was named among the 2011 "Women to Watch" by Minneapolis / St. Paul Business Journal, a 2010 Minnesotan On the Move by Finance & Commerce, an Up and Coming Attorney, and has been selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers®-Rising Stars for the past six years.

Business Litigation
- Represented Minnesota medical device manufacturer in breach of contract action against terminated Chinese distributor in the United States District Court of Minnesota and coordinated the investigation of terminated distributor’s unauthorized sale of client’s products in the People’s Republic of China.
- Represented international restaurant chain in breach of contract action brought by investment bank in Hennepin County District Court.
- Represented out-of-state electronics reparation company in two separate breach of contract and business tort matters in the United States District Court of Minnesota involving the Petters Group and Polaroid.
- Represented Minnesota sales representative company in breach of Minn. Stat. §325E.37 action (termination of sales representative statute) against Canadian toy manufacturing company.
- Represented minority shareholders in shareholder litigation in Hennepin County District Court.
- Represented national insurance company in class action in the United States District Court of Minnesota.
Non-Compete, Trade Secret and Employment Litigation
- Represented national bank in race discrimination and whistle-blower action brought by terminated employee in Hennepin County District Court.
- Represented human resources consulting company in suit against former employee for misappropriation of company information, unfair competition and breach of duty of loyalty (Hennepin County).
- Represented terminated executive in breach of contract action against private equity firm.
- Represented former executive in non-compete action brought by national company.
International Law
- Assisted U.S. company with negotiations of potential acquisition of Hong Kong toy manufacturing company.
- Reviewed and advised U.S. clients on international business agreements in the People’s Republic of China, Japan and Vietnam.
- Assisted Minnesota medical device manufacturer with litigation against terminated distributor in the People’s Republic of China.
