Andy Lee is a member of the firm's Banking and Financial Services Practice Group and is a former chair of the firm's Real Estate Department, with his practice primarily related to commercial financing and secondary market transactions. He has represented lenders in connection with unsecured and secured loans, including loans secured by a wide variety of collateral types, such as real estate and interests in real estate, consumer loans, credit cards and other receivables, equipment and equipment leases, various entity interests, and ships and cargo containers. He also regularly represents clients in connection with mezzanine loans, intercreditor relationships, loan restructuring, workouts and remedies, commercial and residential whole loan trading and servicing, and acquisitions of interests in pools of loans.
