Alan Van Dellen is the chair of the Commercial Real Estate practice group at Leonard, Street and Deinard. He has practiced exclusively in the area of commercial real estate transactions for more than 22 years. His practice focuses on purchases and sales, leasing transactions, commercial development, workouts and brownfields redevelopments. He has extensive experience in hotel transactions.

Alan is an MSBA Board Certified Real Property Law Specialist. Prior to joining Leonard, Street and Deinard in 1994, he spent four years at the Chicago firm of Mayer, Brown & Platt.

Alan was recently selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® 2013 in the field of real estate law.
